Hey, I'm Zoë
I use systems, somatics, and stories to make hard games fun to play.
Hard games such as: getting more of the right things done, befriending yourself, and telling the truth.
Stuff that most of us never saw great examples of, and certainly weren't given a map for.

My formal education was as a Kinesiologist and chronic pain specialist.
During my years in the clinic, I found that what helped my patients most wasn't specific to their symptoms but universal to being human.
They needed meaning, connection, structure, intimacy, and wildness.
We all do.

If official credentials are your thing
I have a degree in Kinesiology, and have deeply studied human psychology, somatic therapy, and systems theory. I’ve blended these fields to help hundreds of people make changes that re-align their lives, bodies, relationships, and businesses.
I gave up my license and left clinical practice so I could integrate all the tools that work, rather than fill out insurance forms and watch people fall through the cracks.
I have a phd in doing hard sh*t, resurrecting my life, and wading through grief and shame. I used to live in a car, have $35k in debt, be addicted to prescription sedatives, and have zero real friends.
Now I have an incredible community, delightfully cozy home, steady income, and a genuine sense of deep self-respect. I trust myself. The voices in my head are kind. I’m a good friend and partner. I go on wild adventures. And somewhere along the way, I realized I’m an artist.
I'm blessed to now help walk others out of the dark.
